What does "you pay only if it works" mean?

Start with the free audit and free tasks — you see the value before you pay anything. If you're on the Operator plan and we fail to complete the work we agreed to do for your store, we'll make it right. The details are in our refund policy.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Requesting the audit is just sharing your store URL. The app itself runs in your browser — nothing to install on your store or your computer.

Is my data safe?

We only collect what we need to run the service, and we spell it out in plain language in our privacy policy.
