Here is how billing and refunds work.

If you are not satisfied with Evolution, contact us within 14 days of your first payment at subhan@runevolution.io for a full refund, no questions asked.

Monthly, cancel anytime

The Operator plan is billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing subhan@runevolution.io. Cancellation stops future billing and you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

What is not refundable

• We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods after the 14-day window.
• The Free plan (there is nothing to refund).
• Charges older than your current billing period, except where required by law.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; billing is handled by our third-party payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record, and refunds may take a few business days to appear. Subscriptions started from the Shopify App Store are billed and refunded through Shopify.
