Refund Policy

We stand behind our work. Here is how billing and refunds work.
Monthly, cancel anytime
The Operator plan is billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing subhan@runevolution.io or muneeb@runevolution.io. Cancelling stops future billing. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Our results guarantee
We only want to be paid when we deliver. If, within your first billing period, we fail to complete the work we agreed to do for your store, contact us at subhan@runevolution.io or muneeb@runevolution.io and we will make it right or refund that month's payment.
What is not refundable
- Periods already used where the agreed work was delivered.
- The Free plan (there is nothing to refund).
- Charges older than your current billing period, except where required by law.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment provider (Paddle) and may take a few business days to appear. Where Paddle acts as merchant of record, their refund terms may also apply.

Email subhan@runevolution.io or muneeb@runevolution.io with your account email and the reason. We respond quickly.
