Terms of Service

Welcome to evolution. By using runevolution.io or the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Evolution ("the Service") is a software-as-a-service application. The Service provides automated tools that perform operational tasks on your connected store — such as sending cart-recovery messages, running retention campaigns, and monitoring order fulfillment. All actions are executed automatically by the software and require your approval before they run. Evolution is a software product licensed to you; it is not a marketing, design, development, consulting, or other human/agency service. Features may change over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your business.

3. Authorization for automated actions

When you approve an action within the Service, you authorize the software to execute that automated task on your connected store using the permissions you have granted. You are responsible for reviewing and approving actions before they run. Evolution does not provide human services and does not perform work manually on your behalf. You confirm you have the right to grant the access you connect, and you can revoke it at any time, which may limit or stop the Service.

4. Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly, in USD; billing is handled by our third-party payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record. Subscriptions started from the Shopify App Store are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Taxes may apply. See our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe rights, send spam, or harm others, and do not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.

6. Your content and data

You keep ownership of your data and content. You grant us a limited license to use it only to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Our intellectual property

We own the Service, our software, and our brand. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is active.

8. Third-party services

The Service may connect to third-party tools (for example Shopify, email or payment providers). We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, evolution is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We will note the new effective date.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
